The early years was spent honing skills, developing training techniques, and learning how to take care of our customers. It was obvious from day 1 that continued success was dependent on customer satisfaction. This was not always easy and through the years our communication process evolved to the point where there are very few misunderstandings between us and our customers. We never want any hidden agendas being clear that we will do the work for the amount of compensation and explain the process in a way our customers understand - ie: where the money goes and see what value we bring. That is to say our men and women are paid well, have uniforms, and typically drive company trucks with insurance and licensing in place. Our employees are trained in “our system” because it is only through 30 years of experience these procedures create a very consistent product that our customers can count on.
